Job Description
Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts in the therapeutic area. The successful candidate will develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, and use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry
  • Psychiatric experience is required. A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred
  • CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred
  • Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
