Job Description
Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and stakeholders in the therapeutic area, Community Mental Health Clinics, hospital/institutional systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment, and deliver clinical brand specific presentations of product(s) to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry required.
  • Psychiatric experience is required.
  • A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
  • CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.
