Job Description
Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and stakeholders in the therapeutic area. The Psychiatric Account Manager is responsible for developing and driving relationships with target institutions and community accounts, and achieving success in a complex selling environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry required.
  • Psychiatric experience required.
  • A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
  • CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.
  • Must live near to territory boundaries.
  • Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed.
  • Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
