Job Description
Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with experts in the therapeutic area, Community Mental Health Clinics, and hospital/institutional systems. The role involves developing and driving relationships with target institutions, achieving sales success in a complex matrixed environment, and using data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare industry
  • Psychiatric experience is required
  • CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred
  • Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred
