Role OverviewJoin Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and stakeholders in the therapeutic area, Community Mental Health Clinics, hospital/institutional systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
What You Will Do
Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, achieve success in a complex selling environment, and use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred
- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry experience required
- Psychiatric experience is required
- A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred
- CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred
- Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred
- Must live near to territory boundaries
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
