Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, achieve success in a complex selling environment, and use data tools and insights to determine business strategies.

- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals
- Psychiatric experience
- Working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field
- CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience
- Established relationships in the geography
- Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals
