Job Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking a Psychiatric/DD Nurse to work in their Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare campus. The nurse will be responsible for serving as an interdisciplinary treatment team member, observing and evaluating patient behavior, and providing support and direction for nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Current license as registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio
  • Biennial renewal of licensure as registered nurse required
  • Training and development required to remain in the classification after employment
  • May work weekends and holidays; may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior
