Role OverviewThe Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health urgent care services to individuals. Working under the supervision of the psychiatrist, the PMHNP will conduct evaluations, provide clinical interventions, and work within the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, quality care.
What You Will Do
Duties include psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, medication management and prescription, urgent care intervention and stabilization, care coordination, supervision of nursing staff, patient education and support, documentation and record-keeping, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP with prescriptive authority
- Experience with integrated health
- Experience in crisis intervention, urgent care, or emergency psychiatric settings
- Licensed in State of Pennsylvania
- Valid Child Abuse, State Criminal and FBI Fingerprint clearances
- Master’s degree in nursing with a focus on psychiatric-mental health
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
- Leadership skills to supervise and support LPN(s)
