Mercor seeks an expert psychologist to author original psychology questions, rate question difficulty, and provide Chain-of-Thought solutions. Requires PhD in Psychology or related field and strong written English skills.

Requirements

  • PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology or a closely related field
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain
  • Strong command of graduate-level psychological theory, research methodology, and empirical literature
  • Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Clinical licensure or research publications in psychology (preferred)
