Job Description
The Dining Server is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and professional table service to residents and guests in an Assisted Living/Independent Living dining environment.

Requirements

  • Provide full-service dining during scheduled meal periods
  • Set, clear, and clean dining room tables
  • Prepare and stock condiments and accompaniments
  • Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and pleasant dining environment
  • Accurately document food and equipment temperatures
  • Properly label, date, and store food items
  • Maintain professional appearance, personal hygiene standards, and compliance with department dress code
