Requirements

  • Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
  • Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender.
  • Monitors the guests’ drink consumption to try to prevent guest(s) from becoming intoxicated.
  • Notifies proper supervisory personnel if a guest does appear intoxicated.
  • Keeps the Shift Manager informed of any problems and issues.
