Job Description
Floor Staff team members provide exceptional service to guests, handle emergency situations, and maintain a clean theatre environment. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, promoting the Regal Crown Club program, and up-selling/suggestive selling. Usher responsibilities include tearing tickets, collecting and depositing stubs, and directing patrons to auditoriums.

Requirements

  • Completion of cast certification program
  • State or local training and certification for alcohol sales and service
  • Good public speaking and listening skills
  • Math ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Reasoning ability to identify problems and evaluate relevant information
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
