Role OverviewThis position supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.

Responsible for ensuring employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, managing department resources, establishing a positive work environment, and implementing employee development plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred)
