Requirements

• Conduct nightly audit-related duties
• Provide guest service at the front desk
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Balance cash and maintain accuracy of cash drawer
• Process guest registrations and payments
• Prepare express checkout folios
• Communicate shift information to management and staff
• Work closely with hotel departments to ensure customer service
• Complete shift paperwork and night audit reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
