PT Sales Associate

What You Will Do

You will greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion. You will drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, while embracing change and new opportunities.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy, and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
