Role OverviewThe Town of Brookline is seeking a part-time Therapeutic Recreation Lead Program Specialist to support inclusive programming for children, teens, and adults with disabilities. This position leads community outings, seasonal activities, and adaptive recreation programs that foster engagement, fun, and skill-building in a supportive environment.
What You Will Do
Facilitate and implement adaptive group programs in arts, dance, fitness, nature, music, theatre, and sports. Lead community outings and seasonal multi-week programs. Promote inclusion by adapting activities and directions to meet individual needs.

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Class D Driver's License
- Enrollment in or completion of an accredited college/university program in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Management, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Early Childhood Education
