Job Description
The PTM, Special Projects, & Volunteer Manager is responsible for three critical pillars of Kroc Center operations: primary lead for the Protecting the Mission (PTM) safety program, building a robust volunteer program, and managing high-impact special projects and events.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in volunteer management, event planning, or program compliance.
Familiarity with The Salvation Army standards and policies.
High School diploma or its GED equivalency.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Proven experience coordinating multiple projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications including Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
