Job Description
The PTM, Special Projects, & Volunteer Manager is responsible for three critical pillars of Kroc Center operations: primary lead for the Protecting the Mission (PTM) safety program, building a robust volunteer program, and managing high-impact special projects and events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in volunteer management, event planning, or program compliance.
  • Familiarity with The Salvation Army standards and policies.
  • High School diploma or its GED equivalency.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications including Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
