Role OverviewThe Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, including cleaning, setting up and maintaining hotel lobby functions, and delivering service items to guest rooms.
What You Will Do
Daily tasks include cleaning and buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, cleaning public restrooms, handling luggage assistance, and practicing safe work habits.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field. They should be able to convey information clearly, evaluate and select courses of action quickly, and maintain composure under pressure.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
