Job Description
The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for leading the housekeeping team at Westgate Branson Lakes Resort. They will motivate and supervise team members, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to service and productivity standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping or facilities cleaning
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Must be able to use mobile devices
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
