Role OverviewThe Public Areas Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas within the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas accessible to guests. This role involves a strong focus on attention to detail, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas, ensuring restrooms are stocked and clean, reporting maintenance issues, performing daily inspections, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
