Job Description
We are currently seeking a Public Cloud Windows Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas. The engineer will be responsible for advanced technical support, administration, and optimization of managed customer cloud environments across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Server systems in enterprise environments
  • Cloud-native and hybrid workloads in AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI
  • System designs, architecture, deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Windows servers
  • Scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation and system management
  • ServiceNow ITSM for incident, change, and problem management
