Role OverviewThe Public Engagement Content Manager will support the development, editing, organization, and maintenance of the team's reports, publications, digital platforms, educational resources, and other communications products. The role will review and edit content, organize complex information, and help ensure communication products are clear, accessible, and engaging for a variety of audiences.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing content, coordinating page updates, establishing project pages and user accounts, maintaining internal SharePoint resources, onboarding and training materials, and supporting the development of internal and external communication materials.

The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in content management, copy editing, technical or publication editing, website administration, SharePoint or content management systems, digital publishing, or public engagement.
Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- high school graduation or equivalent
- six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- one year of experience as a community coordinator
