This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to join a sophisticated financial services and specialty finance practice working on complex public finance and economic development transactions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of transactional legal experience
  • Experience in public finance, real estate, financial services, or corporate transactional matters
  • Georgia Bar admission or pending admission
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage transaction workflows and coordinate with multiple deal parties
