Role OverviewThe Public Health Data Governance Analyst owns the development and ongoing operation of data governance and data management practices within the Public Health Division.
What You Will Do
Supports the curation, documentation, organization, and maintenance of Public Health data assets and metadata in Collibra, and drives adoption & usage of the tool.

The position also supports the development and maintenance of data governance processes, standards, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and helps promote consistent data stewardship practices across the Public Health Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, data catalogs, business glossaries, and data quality practices
- Hands-on experience with Collibra strongly preferred
- Excels at analytical, organizational, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Building effective relationships with Business and Data Stewards, subject matter experts, and technical stakeholders
