Job Description
The Public Health Laboratory Assistant Chief will assist the bureau chief in administration of laboratory functions and assigned projects, and act on behalf of the bureau chief by making programmatic and policy decisions. The role will provide administrative and operational guidance for the Laboratory and assigned programs, with a focus on clinical laboratory operations and newborn screening.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in planning & administering health programs
  • Completion of graduate core program in field of public health, health administration, preventive medicine, social work, nursing or other health-related field or public policy & management/public administration or business administration
  • 2 years of experience as Health Planning Administrator 1, 65245
  • 12 months of experience as Health Planning Administrator 2, 65246
