Role OverviewThe Public Relations & Outreach Coordinator will create engaging communications, develop accurate messaging, and represent the organization with confidence. They will also plan and coordinate health fairs, open houses, and educational programs to increase awareness of health matters and hospital services.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will create compelling content, write, edit, and coordinate engaging communications across multiple channels, and support media relations. They will also lead content development and administration for internal communication platforms and use analytics and audience insights to continually improve engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English
- Valid, current driver's license (21 yrs of age or older)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional writing and communications experience
- Proficient in Office 365 suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate audience information needs and translate technical health information into accurate and understandable messaging
