Job Description
Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to assist in responding to emergency situations, dispatching personnel, and monitoring security and safety systems.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required
  • 1+ years Experience as a customer service call-center operator or similar capacity required
  • 2+ years Experience as a Dispatcher in Security, law enforcement or 9-1-1 operator preferred
  • Ability to read and write
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Analytical and multi-tasking skills
