Role OverviewThe Public Technology Assistant will assist customers with technology-related issues, provide one-on-one assistance, and participate in team discussions. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will connect the community to the library's resources and further the library's mission as a customer-centered public library.
What You Will Do
Assist customers with technology, troubleshoot library equipment, participate in team discussions, communicate with managers, and provide one-on-one assistance through Tech Connect appointments.

Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience
- An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; a high school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, writing, speaking, and organizational skills
