Job Description
The Publicity & Influencer Community Outreach Assistant will work with the Marketing and Publicity Department to build bridges between legacy media and online communities, foster transparency, and bring Saga's books to enthusiastic readers. This is a cutting-edge position that requires passion for genre, particularly fantasy, science fiction, and horror.

Requirements

  • Assist in supporting 3-4 front list titles per season
  • Create new influencer contacts, pitch to curated lists, book virtual tours, and support Saga Says Crew offers and fulfillment
  • Admin tasks including mailings support, awards submissions, AMEX charges, and maintaining contacts database
  • Familiarity with Canva, Excel, Airtable, Sprout, and Mailchimp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize high-touch projects and stay organized
