Job Description
Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Punjabi Speaking Financial Account Representative to manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain financial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, effective communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in Punjabi and English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Detail orientated with analytical and technical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the financial industry a plus
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in Punjabi and English are a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages)
