Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Purchaser III to perform complex purchasing and procurement work, including purchasing and procuring commodities, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written skills, excellent customer service, and must be a team player, with a secure, dedicated workspace and ability to maintain a reliable and consistent work schedule.

Requirements

  • One year and six months of experience in the purchasing and procurement of goods and services.
  • Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD).
  • Experience in government purchasing, specifically in information technology, facility services/maintenance purchases.
