Requirements

  • Two years of experience in the purchasing and procurement of goods and services
  • Current certification as a Certified Texas Contract Developer
  • Three (3) years of government purchasing experience
  • Experience drafting requests for proposals, requests for offers, requests for information, invitations for bid, sole source justifications, in a government purchasing office
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to purchasing and/or contract administration
