Role OverviewThe Purchasing Agent will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc. for the Purchasing Department. This role is part of a Fortune 500 company, D.R. Horton, Inc., a publicly traded homebuilder.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include soliciting bids, pre-qualifying subcontractors, setting up and monitoring option costs and sales prices, maintaining and updating current budgets, and preparing direct costs analysis and variances for review.

Requirements
