Job Description
This is an intermediate position responsible for the procurement of goods or services for all of JEA and SJRPP. This position is responsible for purchasing materials and/or services at a competitive cost in a timely manner to support cost-effective and efficient JEA operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory Management or related discipline, plus a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in one of the fields of specialty being recruited.
  • High school diploma or GED, and six (6) years combination of education, experience and training in supply chain and/or inventory management in the specialty being recruited.
  • Valid driver's license required prior to employment and must be maintained during employment in this classification.
