Role Overview

The Purchasing and Production Manager is responsible for the account's purchasing department, ensuring budgets and schedules meet business requirements. They work with the entire team to communicate needs and maintain customer satisfaction. The manager liaises with suppliers to ensure products and costs meet business goals and maintains inventory levels of supplies and equipment for all departments.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include planning, quotes, and purchasing functions to ensure timely delivery of items/supplies, conducting weekly PAM meetings, and overseeing work order needs. The manager also serves as the location's Manager-on-Duty on an as-needed basis and is responsible for weekly inventory at Davison Dining Hall.
