Job Description
The Purchasing Assistant Warehouse AM will assist the Purchasing Manager with duties such as processing purchase orders, building relationships with vendors, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

  • Checking requisitions for accurate information and internal releases.
  • Acquiring pricing and delivery date confirmation from vendors.
  • Assisting vendors with questions or problems they may have in regards to purchase orders.
  • Working with accounting to ensure purchase orders have been received and invoices posted.
  • Working with Accounts Payable to check payment status/problems for vendor invoices.
