The Purchasing Director leads the hotel's purchasing operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement that supports all operational departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in hotel purchasing
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Birchstreet)
