Job Description
The Purchasing Director leads the hotel's purchasing operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement that supports all operational departments.

Requirements

  • Manages purchasing staff
  • Oversees department budget and profit and loss performance
  • Focuses on achieving departmental goals as agreed upon by the Assistant Leadership Committee and/or Leadership Committee
