Job Description
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the purchasing department, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing the bid process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in estimating, negotiating, and bidding residential construction projects.

  • Strong organizational, delegation, and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
