Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City team as a Purchasing Storeroom Attendant. This full-time position involves checking in incoming products and guest packages, delivering food and beverage products, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities may include ordering from food distributors, creating order sheets, and receiving product deliveries.
Requirements
Ordering from Food Distributors
Create, maintain, and update internal order sheets
Update pricing on order guides as needed
Maintain inventory sheet counts
Update inventory sheets as product is added or removed
Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered
Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms
Pull packing slips from all deliveries
Checking in food deliveries
Internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets
Receive invoices through internal procurement system
