Requirements

  • Ordering from Food Distributors
  • Create, maintain, and update internal order sheets
  • Maintain inventory sheet counts
  • Update inventory sheets as product is added or removed
  • Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered
  • Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms
  • Pull packing slips from all deliveries
  • Checking in food deliveries
  • Internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets
  • Receive invoices through internal procurement system
