Role OverviewThe Pursuit & Proposal Specialist will utilize their expertise and knowledge of the full pursuit process to support client teams in winning projects. They will collaborate with other specialists to prepare and produce proposals, participate in capture planning and win strategy development, and identify proposal needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, dependability, creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
What You Will Do
The Pursuit & Proposal Specialist will research internal capabilities and resources, collect and tailor information and materials, and develop proposal management plans. They will write and tailor proposal content, interview staff and technical experts, and craft persuasive responses. They will also support other Pursuit and Proposal Specialists with planning, reporting, research, and client or Account Leader communications.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' A/E/C experience in marketing, proposals, or business development
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field such as communications, marketing, business, engineering, science, or architecture
- Proven experience developing and writing proposals with a solid understanding of RFP and proposal processes
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and working knowledge of Office365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- APMP or CPSM certification is preferred but not required
