Role OverviewThis is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead Quality Control at Osmo, a digital olfaction company. The QA + QC Manager will own quality on both ends of the plant, raw materials coming in and finished fragrance going out, using real fragrance-industry judgment.
What You Will Do
The QA + QC Manager will own raw material quality, apply trained olfactive judgment, protect finished goods quality, build the QC program, make the call, fix what's broken, own investigations, run the lab, track quality KPIs, build the team, and partner across the floor.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fragrance QC, a trained nose, and is an independent decision-maker. They should be comfortable making high-frequency accept or reject calls without over-escalating routine judgment.
