Role OverviewResponsible for ensuring product quality meets customer specifications through quality testing and safety, upholding state, federal, and local regulations. Works closely with managers and supervisors to ensure quality specifications are followed.
What You Will Do
Monitor cookie dimensions, moisture, color, etc., inspect package codes, inspect package integrity, take samples of products for retention and further testing, report quality issues to manager and/or supervisor.
