Requirements

  • High School Diploma and or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience testing (manual or automated) within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • 3+ years’ experience implementing and maintaining technical projects and systems
  • Basic understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and features
  • Basic analytical perspective and understanding of Salesforce data models and architecture
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce automation and integration capabilities
  • SOQL and/or SQL experience or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed and deadline oriented
  • Data modeling and governance
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
