We are looking for a QA Engineering Lead to build the Quality function from the ground up for a high-growth, well-funded education & fintech technology company building a finance-first operating system for schools across Latin America.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in QA leadership or automation roles
  • Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Deep knowledge of API, backend, and integration testing
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and asynchronous systems
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
