Job Description
We are looking for a QA Inspector II to conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products, materials, and tooling to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. This role documents non-conformities, supports production personnel, verifies final inspection kits, and assists in internal audits.

Requirements

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of Sekisui Aerospace and supplier-produced products, materials, and tooling in all work centers.
  • Document non-conformities on company rejection tags and inspection pick-up forms.
  • Provide information and assistance to production and supervisory personnel.
  • Verify kits in final inspection before shipping.
  • Document compliance with customer purchase order requirements.
  • Provide training and/or assistance to other inspectors in the use of procedures or tools.
  • Prepare and execute Internal Audits. Provide internal audit report.
