Role OverviewThe QA/QC Inspector Level 1 is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured products, the quality of workmanship, and compliance with specifications and customer requirements through Supporting Machine Shop, Receipt Inspection, and Calibration.
What You Will Do
Specific responsibilities may include ensuring the Quality Management System is carried out, developing and issuing NCR's and CIP's, following up on issued NCR's and CIP's, administering the SIT/Huber's Calibration program, inputting QA/QC information into Web QMS, constructing job books, performing incoming Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, conducting dimensional inspections, and reviewing MTR's.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, with experience working in an ISO 9001 environment a plus. The candidate will be able to obtain certifications such as NDT Level II, CWI, NACE, and OSHA 10-30 Hour Program.
