Role OverviewWe are seeking a QA/QC Manager I to implement, improve, and execute quality management systems and project-specific quality program requirements. The role involves ensuring design and construction works are planned and executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and requirements.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include being a quality champion for projects, coaching and mentoring project staff, leading and managing quality processes, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and providing feedback to Operations and Quality Management.

Requirements
- AEC Bachelor's degree or equivalent related field experience
- Current certification required
- USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification preferred
- Industry certifications for testing and inspection
- Minimum 7 years of AEC experience, with 3 years preferred in a Quality role
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
