Job Description
CMTS is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Specialist – Design to support capital improvement projects for the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). This role focuses on ensuring design quality across all project phases by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordination efforts to ensure consistency, completeness, and constructability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction, design coordination, or QA/QC support roles
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications
  • Understanding of construction processes and coordination between design and field execution
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies in documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
